Destiny Burgess Places Second in Regional Rotary Competition

CUMBERLAND, Md. – March 19, 2026 — On Saturday, March 7, the Regional Rotary 4-Way Test Speech Contest was held in Hancock. Representing Allegany County, Mountain Ridge High School junior Destiney Burgess placed Second Runner Up of 10 competitors.
